The Community Estates website uses secure communications. It achieves this by encrypting the transmitted data using security certificates. Since Nebula Software signs its own certificates and browsers do not automatically trust certificates signed by Nebula Software, your browser will ask you if you want to continue the communication by claiming that you trust the site.
You can simply choose, "Yes", to continue and be allowed to view the website, but this approach requires you to see the Security Alert each time you visit the Community Estates website. Using the instructions below, you instead can install the certificate from Nebula Software. This tells your browser to automatically trust the site and proceed with secure communications without presenting you with a Security Alert.
