Mass Icon Alter, originally a 1994 Shareware program that is now free,  is an Amiga application that lets you modify many icon files all with one operation.

Instructions: Download the file.  Decompress it, with LhA, into a folder of your choice.  Double-click on the Commodore installer script, "Install-MIA", to complete installation.  Then double-click "MIA/MIA.guide" to open and view the manual.
