Estimator, originally a Shareware program that is now free, aids small businesses in 
producing estimates for clients.  In 1992 I created it, in one weekend, for my father-in-law's business needs.  It is a standard C program that runs in DOS.

Instructions: Download the file.  Decompress it, with WinZip, into a folder of your choice.  Open and read the file, "README.TXT" for further instructions.
